🔁 Refund & Returns Policy

At Mila's Toys, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Whether you've changed your mind or received a faulty item, we're here to help!

📦 Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return

✅ Change of Mind or Mistake

We accept returns/exchanges if you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong item.

📝 How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@milastoys.com.au with your order number and reason
  2. Follow the instructions we provide

📦 Sending Your Return

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  • Use a provided return label (if applicable) or arrange your own return postage

💰 Refunds

  • Processed within 2 business days of receiving your return
  • Refunds are sent to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

🔄 Exchanges

Once your return is received, we’ll ship the replacement item to you.

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us ASAP at support@milastoys.com.au with your order number and a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs in cases of change of mind or mistaken purchases.
  • By initiating a return for these reasons, the buyer acknowledges and accepts all associated shipping responsibilities and costs.
  • We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
